One Attempt to Identify
On Saturday, April 13, 2013, Police in Torrance, California responded to an Identity Theft complaint. The victim discovered that an unknown person or persons had opened several credit card accounts using the victim’s identification information. The suspects then made several thousand dollars’ worth of purchases at various Lansing area establishments. Police have surveillance photos of several people that may have information on this crime and are asking for the public’s help in identifying these persons.

INFORMATION
On Friday April 12th, 2013 at approximately 04:30 in the morning Officers responded to a report of a fire in the area of Watersedge and Village
Drive in East Lansing. When officers arrived, there was no one around the fire. The fire was furniture found near a dumpster in the parking lot.
The attached pictures are of three males collecting trash in the hallway of one of the apartment’s buildings near where the furniture was lit on fire. The East Lansing Police Department is looking for these subjects to question about the Arson.

INFORMATION
Since early April of 2013 a group of individuals has been withdrawing money fraudulently from various Automated Teller Machines throughout the greater Lansing Area. Law enforcement is asking for assistance in identifying these 2 men.

Request for Assistance
INFORMATION:
On July 3rd, 2003, during the early morning hours an unknown person or persons kicked in the front door at a residence in the 200 block of S Francis, in the City of Lansing. 17 Year old Brandon Bridges woke up and confronted the intruder and chased the subject outside. Brandon was shot outside of the residence and subsequently died. Police would like any assistance the public can provide in order to solve this case and bring the perpetrators to justice.

Attempt to Identify #1
INFORMATION:
Early in the morning of April 3rd 2013 Officers were dispatched to 5400 block of S Cedar to a Burglary Alarm. Upon arrival Officers observed the front door glass of the building was broken out. Officers cleared the building and no suspects were located inside the building. Security video shows three males wearing masks and gloves. They entered by smashing in the front door went directly to the jewelry area took the cases on top of the counter and exited the building.

Seeking Information
On July 8 2012 at approximately 3:00am, sixteen year old Levon Wilson was shot and killed in the front yard of a home on the 1000 block of Jenison. Witnesses have indicated an SUV that carried an undetermined number of gunmen opened fire on people that were standing in front of the residence. The vehicle fled north on Jenison from Maple. The Detective investigating this case does have potential suspects, but is looking for additional information. If you have any information concerning this homicide, no matter how insignificant you may feel it is, it may be the piece that brings this case together.

Attempt to Identify
The incident took place at South Hubbard Hall (MSU Campus). On Friday, Feb 2nd, 2013 at approximately 12:40 PM the victim was standing in the hallway near the south stairwell when the suspect walked past her then turned back towards her and grabbed a white iPhone 5 out of her hand and ran out of the south exit. Victim chased after him but lost him. Accused was observed on video wandering the halls in North and
South Hubbard Hall up to an hour before the theft occurred.
Suspect info: B/M, approx. 5-08, wearing blk/gry/wht jacket, blue jeans, black knit hat (at the time of the theft he had on the hat).

Request for Assistance
On Wednesday, February 20th, 2013, Officers responded to for an armed robbery complaint in the 1800 block of S. Washington Ave. in Lansing.
Victim states that he parked in the back of the establishment and walked inside. The victim finished up his business and got into his truck. He states that as he was sitting in the driver’s seat, 2 men walked in front of his truck and opened his door. One of the men was holding a small revolver. Victim was forced to hand over a bag containing money.

1. B/M, 16, 5'10", stocky, dark skin, black scarf or ski mask, black hooded sweatshirt, black pants.
2. B/M, 16, shorter, average build, dark skin, black coat, black hoody pulled up, black pants.
Nearby a surveillance camera capture footage of a vehicle of interest travelling at a high rate of speed away from the area. The vehicle is described as an older blue Chevy full size van with a large stripe on the sides. The van has chrome wheels, chrome rear ladder and chrome foot board. The vehicle also has a tire carrier on the rear which is the same color as the van.

Attempt to Identify #1
On Tuesday Oct. 30th, 2012 the victim noticed that money had been debited from her bank account. Victim then discovered that her ATM card was missing. It was discovered that this transaction was at an ATM. This ATM transaction occurred at Independent Bank in Potterville, Mi. Transaction time was 11:53am. Photos from the bank show the suspect was a white male possibly in his 20's wearing a hooded sweatshirt/jacket with an orange reflective vest over top. East Lansing Police would like to question the male in the green jacket and female wearing a white jacket in these photos for allegedly passing a counterfeit $10.00 bill at the Burger King located at 1580 West Lake Lansing Road in East Lansing Michigan on 01-09-2013. The two appear to know each other.

Cold Case Homicide on 8/1/2009
Location: 900 Block of West Cavanaugh, Lansing, MI. 48910
INFORMATION:
On August 1st, 2009 at 10:22pm Officers were dispatched to a shooting that had just taken place in the 900 block of West Cavanaugh. Facts of the Case:
On Saturday evening, August 1st 2009, during a small gathering, Edric Raynard Hinton, age 19, was the victim of a homicide. While the group was together an unknown assailant fired multiple shots into the residence striking Mr. Hinton. At this time police do not believe the deceased was the intended victim.

Appeal for Assistance
A reward up to $6,000.00 is being offered for the arrest of the person(s) involved in a breaking and entering at a residence in the 2800 block of W. Willow (across the road from the St. Joseph Cemetery) in Lansing Township on Saturday night, April 21, 2012. A large quantity of valuable coins, including collector coins, was stolen from the home. A second breaking and entering occurred at the same home on Saturday evening, October 14, 2012. The homeowner responded to someone at his front door. The suspect(s) assaulted the homeowner and then restrained him. Once again, a large quantity of valuable coins, including collector coins, was stolen. JANUARY 30, 2013
Attempt to Identify
The East Lansing Police Department has been investigating a series of Unlawful Entries/ and one Home Invasion where a resident was assaulted while the suspect was trying to flee. All of these incidents have occurred at the same residence in the area of Park Lane and Beech St. These incidents occurred between the months of August 2011-September 2012. The victims encountered the same suspect in each case sleeping or pretending to sleep in random places within their home. The suspect has been described by three witnesses as being:
